Your Tasks:

  • ✓ Conducting team events (GPS rallies, escape games, highland games, etc.)
  • ✓ Supervising and moderating groups (10-100+ people)
  • ✓ Setting up and dismantling event equipment
  • ✓ Ensuring smooth event execution
  • ✓ Communication with customers on site

  • ✅ Reliable & committed

Do I need to be available full-time?

No! You decide when and how often you conduct events. Many of our trainers work part-time or only on weekends.

What equipment do I need?

The event equipment (tablets, game materials, etc.) is completely provided by us. You only need a car for transport and possibly weatherproof clothing for outdoor events.

How do I get paid?

You invoice us for your completed events. Compensation varies depending on event type and group size. We'll discuss details in a personal conversation.

Do I need a business registration?

Yes, you should be registered as self-employed or a business owner. If you're not yet, we're happy to help with tips for registration.

In which regions do the events take place?

Throughout Germany! We try to assign you events near your location. For more distant assignments, we discuss individual solutions.

What if I can't do an event?

No problem! Just give us your availability and we'll plan events accordingly. There's no obligation to accept.
