More than 20 formats on a single page can feel overwhelming at first. The choice gets easier when you start with the goal rather than the fun factor.

Why a Team Event Pays Off
A good team event is more than a break from the working day. People who have accomplished something together over the course of a day talk more openly afterwards, rely on each other more quickly and work better across departmental boundaries.
